Rumors first began to spread that the Hannah Montana star had contracted the H1N1 virus after she suddenly ran off stage during a September 29 concert in Salt Lake City.

Shortly thereafter, Cyrus' Hannah Montana co-star Cody Linley got the misinformation ball rolling, declaring in an interview with Reelz Channel,
